Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter - Arabic Speaker at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI). The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process, including sourcing and reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications, and making hiring recommendations. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies, attending job fairs and industry events, and building relationships with external recruitment agencies and universities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Human Resources Recruiter or similar role
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting process
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
