Position - Senior HR Specialist | Team Lead
Work Location - Riyadh, KSA
Work Essentials:
Providing HR leadership and support for our entire team in day to day running of the HR Operations and Work closely with senior management to develop and support HR solutions for company's core business units including the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, retention, grievances, conflict resolution, rewards strategies, facilities, vendor and lease / transportation management, and supporting administration tasks
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management and delivery of core HR functions including talent and performance management, workforce planning, compensation, employment law & compliance, providing conflict resolution services and communicating HR programs and policies.
- Maintains compliance with state, and local employment and Immigration laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Coordinate with Employees / Finance / Accounts & HR in UAE, in the preparation of monthly Payroll
- Responsible for visa & work permit process and submission of visa applications to immigration and labor offices, including renewal of relevant company documents, trade license, commercial license, visas and permits, attestation of employee qualification etc. after ensuring proper documentation.
- Preparation of invitation letters for Visit Visas / Business Visas etc. Enroll the employees in the GOSI.
- Regularly deal with general enquires regarding PRO functions promptly and provide continuous updates and advice in regards to the new regulations from governmental departments
- Co-ordinate the demobilization and allocation processes of the staff from the completed projects to other new/ongoing projects.
- Maintain & Filing Employee records, Preparation of letters, Circulars, Termination letters, salary certificates, etc. as per business requirements.
- Share current and prospective information with employees about company policies including implementation, working conditions, and employee benefits.
- Preparation of monthly reports/ dashboard regarding Employee joining, resignation, termination, Employees mobilized/ demobilized etc. for managements review.
