The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
The position is ideal for a (F) professional only with 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources.
Salary range: 10,000 20,000 EGP.
Duty Location: Cairo, Egypt.

Responsibilities
1- Recruit and Onboard new hires:
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
* Oversee the on-boarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
2- Conduct performance management and provide feedback:
* Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
* Develop and execute plans for employee development and career growth.
3- HR Policies and Compliance:
* Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
* Ensure all HR practices are up-to-date and in line with industry standards.
* Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
4- Training and Development:
* Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
* Develop initiatives to promote continuous learning and professional development.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
5- Compensation and Benefits:
* Manage Payroll and the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
* Conduct market research to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
* Provide guidance to employees on benefits and compensation-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
* 3 5 Experience in Human Resources.
* Proficiency in spoken and written English.

* Attention to details and good judgement.
* Problem solving.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
