Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies, plans, and initiatives to achieve departmental or organizational objectives related to security documents, biometrics, digital ID, and IAM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for projects related to identity management.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members across all four functions, ensuring the quality and integrity of deliverables
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on outcomes to senior management and key stakeholders
Identify and address issues, risks, and barriers to project success within the Identity Management Unit, implementing corrective actions as needed
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Identity Management Unit and across the organization
Serve as a subject matter expert in identity management, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to support business development and growth opportunities related to identity management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
10+ years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge in IAM solutions, Biometrics and Physical Access, Digital ID
A strong background in identity management solution, IAM Standards, Frameworks, best practices and tools
Fluency in Arabic and English
