HyperPay is the fastest growing online payment service provider in the MENA region, serving the largest merchants and banks since 2014. We provide a wide range of payment processing services for businesses selling online and offline, connecting merchants to a consolidated network of global, regional, and local payment methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform operational tasks related to the Information security systems and tools.
  • Perform security assessments and vulnerability assessments.
  • Provide technical expertise and advice on all areas of security technology, including: network security, platform security, authentication/authorization systems, application security, security architecture, policy enforcement, and security frameworks
  • Implement and maintain robust security controls to protect sensitive data, including encryption, access control, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
  • Manage all Cyber security incidents, leads investigation, coordinates incident response / remediation activities, recommends required actions and supports / follows up to ensure these are implemented.
  • Manage and implement data loss prevention tools.
  • Manage and administrate SIEM solution
  • Proactively searching for indicators of compromise (IOCs) and suspicious activity across our network and systems.
  • Responding to security incidents in a timely and efficient manner, containing threats, mitigating damage, and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Analyzing logs, alerts, and security data to identify potential threats and anomalies.
  • Identifying and patching vulnerabilities in our systems and applications.
  • Educating employees on cybersecurity best practices and phishing prevention.
  • Continuously learning about new threats, tactics, and techniques (TTPs) used by attackers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a cyber security role.

knowledge of security principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., NIST, (Cybersecurity ,GRC, BCM ,Data) Framework, CIS Controls).

Experience with security tools and technologies, including SIEM, NAC, vulnerability scanners tools.

Experience with threat hunting methodologies and tools.

Experience with incident handling processes and frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, etc.).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mature understanding of industry accepted standards for incident response actions and best practices related to SOC operations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Good incident investigation skills

Good security systems administration
