Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background and a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects . The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project budgets
- Coordinate and manage project stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop and implement risk management plans
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Strong IT background, with experience in software development, Network infrastructure & Security, or other related fields
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience with project management tools, including MS Project, Jira, and Asana, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2
