This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Information Technology Specialist at Siescom located in Cairo. The Senior IT Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing customer service related to IT issues.

Qualifications

Network Administration, Troubleshooting, and Network Security skills

Experience in Information Technology

Experience in providing customer service

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team

Relevant certifications in IT are preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Job requirements
