Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Location: Jabal Ali Industrial Area 1, Dubai

We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects that meet our clients aesthetic and functional requirements. You will collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to create inspiring and innovative interior spaces.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and functional needs for residential or commercial spaces.

2. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that reflect the client's vision and project requirements.

3. Create detailed interior design plans, including floor plans, 3D renderings, and material specifications.

4. Select and source furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and accessories to enhance the overall design concept.

5. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and implementation according to project timelines.

6. Provide guidance and supervision during the construction or renovation phase to ensure design intent is realized.

7. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and craftsmen to procure materials and furnishings that align with the design concept and quality standards.

8. Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and innovative design techniques to enhance creativity and deliver cutting-edge designs.

9. Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality checks to ensure adherence to design specifications, standards, and regulations.

10. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to address feedback, revisions, and project updates throughout the design process.

11. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

2. Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in a design firm or architectural consultancy.

3. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.

4. Strong creativity, artistic flair, and a keen eye for detail in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.

6. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design in the UAE.

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of interior design projects and creative concepts.

9. Familiarity with sustainable design practices and materials is a plus.

10. UAE experience or familiarity with local suppliers and vendors is advantageous.
