Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior audit roles within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of conducting high-quality audits in accordance with international auditing standards.
- Strong understanding of internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and gain buy-in from management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in audit software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is a requirement; fluency in Portuguese is a strong asset.
