Alexander Ash is currently hiring an Investment Advisor (Real Estate) on behalf of a consulting firm in the UAE.
This is a contract role based out of Abu Dhabi.
The role:
- The investment expert will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing investment strategies for real estate clients.
- This individual will conduct comprehensive market assessments and feasibility studies, engage with potential investors through roadshows and other channels, prepare and distribute tenders, and negotiate partnership terms to ensure successful deal closures.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate sector, preferably within the public sector, and possess strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement frameworks for asset investment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market conditions.
- Establish protocols for investment evaluation, risk assessment, and decision-making processes.
- Conduct detailed market assessments to identify investment opportunities and market trends.
- Perform feasibility studies to evaluate the viability and potential returns of proposed investments.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive tenders for investment opportunities.
- Ensure all tender documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Negotiate with potential investors to finalize partnership terms and conditions.
- Ensure all agreements are aligned with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
- Analyse and define various capital raising and partnership opportunities.
- Develop innovative financing solutions to support investment projects.
