About the role
Food People has partnered with a leading manufacturing company looking to bring in an investment expert to oversee and provide high-level financial analysis on different existing and upcoming investments and derive insights to present to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction on asset allocation, risk management, and portfolio diversification
- Build assumptions using various financial models and simulate various scenarios to provide financial insights for decision-making
- Communicate investment strategies and performance to the executive team, board of directors, and investors
- Monitor and analyze market trends and economic conditions to inform investment decisions
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging markets, and new investment opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing investment team
Key Ingredients
- MUST have 8-10 years of overall experience with 3-4 years of management and core investment analysis experience
- MUST come from a beverage manufacturing company
- Proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis tools
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage all comms with senior stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams
