Charterhouse is working with a well-known established company that has been operating in the UAE for over a decade. Our client is looking to hire a Senior IT Manager to help with their Digital Transformation project.

The Senior IT Manager will be reporting directly to senior management and will play a significant role in shaping the company's tech practices moving forward.

This role will have ownership over the IT processes and will lead a team of IT engineers. The Senior IT Manager will be required to assist other departments with any IT issues, making sure the new systems will benefit the business.

The team will depend on the expertise and knowledge of the IT Manager to provide guidance on IT vendors and determine the best systems for future implementation. The role will also be focused on bringing the senior managements vision to a reality.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should possess extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics, with a strong background in digital transformation projects. A programming background and a deep understanding of code are essential. Our client is seeking a proactive and confident individual with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively dealing with stakeholders.

The role requires an individual with a proven track record in the professional services, showcasing energy and adaptability within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
