SUMMARY OF REQUIRED SKILLS:- Must be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing; to develop and implement its policies and procedures.
Identify, plan and execute the IT needs of the organisation- Managing the IT infrastructure of the organisation and ensuring 24x7 Support through internal and external resources
Plan and negotiate procurement of all IT assets of the organisation
- Act as an escalation point for all IT and process related issues and ensure uninterupted services to the business functions.
Should be able to advice on change in technologies and- systems currently used in order to accomplish the required progressive results in IT Department.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating systems.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience- PROVEN EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS IN IT OPERATIONS.
Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
