Job Description

Assist with cloud-based infrastructure on AWS and Azure
Administer and troubleshoot Exchange Online and Office 365 hybrid environments
Manage Office 365 in a multi-tenant environment
Administer Hyper-V and vSphere
Install, administer, and maintain assigned server, network, and client hardware, operating systems, and firewalls
Manage Active Directory and Group Policy in a mixed Windows/Mac/Linux environment
Monitor and report on the performance of all assigned servers, applications, and technologies
Ensure alignment with IT security policies and corporate standards
Contribute to the design of IT infrastructure projects
Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level technical support
Provide day-to-day second-level technical support
Responsible for Azure Active Directory administration

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience in the IT field
5+ years of experience in IT roles
Required certifications: MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, ITIL
Expertise in Microsoft Azure Administration
Strong experience with operating systems and Linux
Experience in data center management, Active Directory, and print servers
Familiarity with SharePoint and Azure Cloud
Knowledge in system update/patch management
Scripting and process automation experience
Proficiency in cloud infrastructure administration and hypervisor management
Knowledge of automation tools and best practices
