Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with client goals.
- Oversee project execution, timelines, and budgets, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, SEO, and development) to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and strategies to clients.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing client relationships.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering high-quality campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
