Role Description

The Senior KYC Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and mitigating risks associated with money laundering and financial crimes. This role requires a deep understanding of KYC principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior staff.

KYC Reviews:

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive KYC reviews for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk clients and escalate issues as necessary.
• Analyze complex corporate structures and verify beneficial ownership.

Risk Assessment:

• Identify and assess potential risks associated with clients and transactions.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Continuously monitor and review client activities to detect suspicious behavior.

Qualifications

• Certification such as Go-AKS KYC Certification or ACAMS or any globally recognized certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Due Diligence: Experience in conducting comprehensive due diligence investigations
• Sanction: Knowledge of global sanction regulations and compliance procedures
