They undertake major Civil, Infrastructure and Power Projects which include Design, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Power Stations, Pumping Stations, Oil and Gas Pipelines, Refineries, Desalination Plants, Major Housing Projects, Commercial Buildings, as turnkey EPC Contractor, Prime Contractor and Major Sub-Contractor.

Project: Tower/Highrise project

Requirements:

Candidates in KSA preferred with transferable Iqama

Senior Land Surveyor

Minimum 10 years experience in towers.

Academic qualification in surveying.

Preferred previous experience in Gulf regions.

AutoCAD.

GPS.

Land Surveyors

Minimum 7 years experience surveying field

Preferred previous experience in towers.

Academic qualification in surveying.

Preferred previous experience in Gulf regions.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and practices.

Ability to interpret and understand legal documents related to land titles, property lines, and easements.

Familiarity with GPS systems, total stations, and other surveying equipment.

Proficiency in survey-related software, data analysis, and CAD tools.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
