Secret Gardens LLC is looking for an experienced Landscape Designer/Architect for our high end design-oriented landscaping & pool company. You should be able to quickly interpret design direction with the design team to produce aesthetic sound design ideas, have a grasp of Landscape Design and be able to produce in quick turnaround time.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Conceptual Proposals.
- Prepare and present Landscaping Proposals for 3D Renders, Hand drawn layouts, CAD drawings and other relevant options.
- Prepare and present detailed plans and working drawings including construction details and specifications for the project using computer-aided design (CAD).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
- Ensure deadlines are met in accordance with customers requirements.
- Work with Operations team to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Lead selection of suitable materials for projects.
- Continuously grow and stay up to date with current market trends.
- Contact and coordinate manufacturers and suppliers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior landscape architect.
Requirements:
- A design background or similar certification / training would be desirable. Must be an expert in use of software.
- AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and any other deisgn, graphic or rendering software.
- It is also required to have a working knowledge of other software and CAD packages related to this function.
- Must be fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and have knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques
