Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Developer for a unique opportunity to work on a greenfield data project for an English Premier League club. In this role, you will report directly to the CTO and collaborate closely with an experienced and mature developer. This is an ideal position for someone with a strong interest in football and sports data, who is eager to apply their expertise in big data, analytics, and full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of cutting-edge software solutions for a major football club.
• Collaborate with the CTO and other stakeholders to design and implement innovative data solutions.
• Work with a variety of technologies, including Python, Azure, Tableau, and JavaScript, as well as proprietary sports data and GPS location systems.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in software development, with a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, Azure, Tableau, and JavaScript.
• Experience with big data and analytics.
• A strong interest in football and sports data.
