Litigation Management:-
- Oversee all aspects of the litigation process, including strategy development, case management, and resolution.
- Set defensive & offensive plans for the legal cases filed against or by the Group and represent the Group in legal proceedings before judicial and administrative bodies, including court appearances, and mediations.
Internal Investigations:-
- Lead and conduct thorough internal investigations in response to potential legal issues or violations of the Group's policy.
- Prepare detailed reports of investigation findings and recommend appropriate actions based on those findings.
Core Responsibilities:-
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on litigation risks and internal investigation outcomes.
- Establish and maintain a filing and record-keeping system for all documents related to litigation and investigations.
