Position Overview:

Senior Machinery Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of rotating and stationary equipment, including gas turbines, compressors, pumps, and other power generation machinery. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the machinery and power generation sectors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to clients.

- Collaborate with the engineering and client project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our offerings.

- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in machinery sales, with a focus on rotating and stationary equipment.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong technical knowledge of gas turbines, compressors, pumps, and other power generation machinery.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
