Job Description
Managing the day-to-day operations of the service center, including scheduling repairs, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Training service technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
Apply service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
Maintaining accurate records of repairs, customer complaints.
Responsible for maintaining plan and schedule Water cooling chiller, Pumps, Cooling towers, Air Handling Unit and Fan coil unit. Compressed air systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor Degree in mechanical division
Working Experience of 5 years in average on the same field
Strong background of HVAC systems, Chillers, DX units, Steam Boilers and Air compressors
Strong Knowledge of planned maintenance.
Giza residence is highly preferred
