What will you be doing
- Leading investment strategies, including M&A opportunities, capital investments, and joint ventures.
- Conducting financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis to support investment decisions.
- Overseeing the M&A process, from deal origination to post-merger integration.
- Collaborating with legal, tax, and operational teams for smooth transaction execution.
- Preparing financial reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Are you the ideal candidate
- Experience: 5-8 years in corporate development, investment banking, M&A, or a similar financial role within the energy sector, particularly LNG.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Skills: Extensive experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring; proven track record in leading M&A transactions and managing investment portfolios.
- Attributes: Determined, creative, and assured with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the LNG industry, global energy markets, and financial regulations.
