Job Description
Job Responsibility:
The Senior Manager will be responsible to ensure implementation of website journey through technical, marketing, and management skills to innovate & further enhance the digital sourcing capabilities of Emirates Islamic while driving digital sales growth, because of that. The resource will have to work very closely with the Group Trible Lead for website journey to oversee the design, development, and optimization of online customer experiences that facilitate the sale of banking products, ensuring seamless integration of digital sales funnels, and leveraging data analytics to find new revenue streams via digital channels.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of Web based digital sourcing funnels including but not limited to, information gathering, conceptualization, designing, execution/implantation and continuous enhancements, followed by an end-to-end management of those sourcing channels & related delivery.
- Use data analytics and customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities within digital journeys, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that the Web based journeys related STPs are optimized by incorporating best practices in digital marketing, user experience, and effective campaigns/promotion.
- Coordinate with compliance and risk management departments to ensure that all digital journeys adhere to regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital journeys, including metrics such as conversion rates, customer engagement, and ROI.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, customer behavior, and technological advancements to continuously innovate and improve the bank's digital sales channels.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support the promotion of banking products through digital channels, ensuring a consistent and effective brand message.
- Proven experience in digital project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with a strong focus on digital sales and customer journey optimization.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, user experience design principles, and web analytics tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Bachelor Graduate
- Experience in Digital Proposition including STP
- Experience in Banking Projects
