Job Description
The senior manager need to have a very solid background in financial models automation and database build up to be able to assist in consolidation function of 50 business plans that are very sizable for the whole group to render updates in few hours across all BPs.
Background in real estate consulting is a must.
He will need to have expertise in various real estate sectors.
He will be responsible for analyzing investment opportunities and providing investment recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors. This role requires exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of investment analysis principles and techniques. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential investments and develop investment strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment analysis or related field.
Strong understanding of investment analysis principles and techniques.

Conduct industry research and analysis to identify investment trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define investment objectives and requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with external investment advisors and industry groups.
Develop and manage investment project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Communicate investment initiatives and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide training and support to team members on investment analysis tools and techniques.
Ensure all investment activities are compliant with legal and ethical requirements.
