Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the overall strategy for marketplace channels(Noon, Talabat, Careem,Instashop, Deliveroo etc) to achieve sales targets.
Identify new opportunities to increase brand presence and maximize revenue on marketplace platforms.
Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to improve sales performance, ROAS, and customer engagement.
Monitor KPIs, including sales performance, customer ratings, and product visibility, to ensure targets are met.
Report on channel performance to executive leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
Oversee the listing, content optimization, and pricing strategies for all products on various marketplaces.
Partner with supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stockouts.
Manage product launches in line with seasonal and promotional peaks.
Cultivate strong relationships with marketplace partners and representatives to maximize visibility and promotional opportunities.
Negotiate terms, fees, and promotional placements with marketplace vendors.
Lead a team of marketplace executives, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
Promote a positive team environment that encourages accountability, innovation, and high performance.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency with marketplace platforms.
Strong Analytical Skills With Experience In Data-driven Decision-making.
Familiarity with e-commerce tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Leadership experience with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
