We are seeking a Senior Manager - Partnership to join the Impact Department of our client, a leading organization in Dubai. This role will focus on managing partnerships, overseeing grants, and driving philanthropic initiatives aligned with the organization's sustainability strategy.
This is a 12-month temporary contract, with the potential for renewal based on performance and business needs. The role reports to the Associate Director Philanthropy.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in corporate social responsibility (CSR) or philanthropy, with a passion for creating meaningful social impact through partnerships and community programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Building and Managing Partnerships:
- Develop and maintain strategic collaborations with NGOs, government bodies, and business partners.
- Identify new opportunities for partnerships that align with organizational goals and amplify social impact.
- Launch and manage an employee volunteering program across the group to promote community engagement.
Program Management:
- Lead the grant-making process, including partner evaluation, program monitoring, and impact assessment.
- Coordinate the design and implementation of community-driven initiatives that align with sustainability objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to execute philanthropic campaigns and ensure alignment with the organization's broader strategy.
Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance:
- Create and manage systems to track program performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on program outcomes, including key achievements and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all activities adhere to governance standards.
Budget Oversight:
- Support the management of philanthropic budgets, ensuring funds are allocated effectively.
- Review funding requests and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- 810 years in CSR, philanthropy, or community-focused program management, preferably in corporate or public sectors.
- Proven experience in building and managing partnerships, as well as developing large-scale employee volunteering programs.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in international development, social sciences, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Competencies:
- Strong skills in partnership management, program execution, and monitoring frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with fluency in English.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and high ethical standards.
