Contribute to the identification of Government-to-Government strategic partnership priorities and themes based on the Saudi national interest and in coordination with the Relationship Management department and the Strategic Studies and Research Sector.
Contribute to the identification, development, monitoring and reporting of portfolio of strategic opportunities (and projects) for the assigned countries within the set priorities (themes).
Contribute to the identification, development, monitoring and reporting of secondary opportunities (and projects) and support the local stakeholders.
Manage the interactions with sectors / local stakeholder in close coordination with the Relationship Management department. This includes managing as-is relationships with sectors based on needs, governing country files/ sector relationship, and expanding partnerships with sectors/ local entities.
Manage the planning and delivery of respective country files activities in close collaboration with other Strategic Partnerships and Business Development departments. This includes a variety of reactive and strategically planned opportunities such as organization of delegation visits and events to increase the reach and impact of the organization's profile and visibility, and to promote the relationship with countries in scope.
Support the business opportunities efforts and manage the business and opportunity management activities related to managed file/region/area throughout its life cycle i.e. screening, categorizing, evaluating, selecting, capturing, closing and monitoring. This includes leveraging existing partnership agreements (i.e. MoUs) to strengthen current relations and build new prospective relations while ensuring proper evaluation of opportunities based on clear criteria.
Help identify and manage goals and reach agreements whilst maintaining the interests of all parties; proactively develop and improve operations and discuss strategic and sensitive issues with management.
Support in allocating and distributing responsibilities related to the departmental activities and ensure the team's adherence to the partnership guidelines, criteria and framework.

Bachelor's degree in General Management, Macro-Economics, Political Science and General Diplomacy.
Master's degree in General Management, Macro-Economics, Political Science and General Diplomacy is an added advantage.
A minimum of 10 years of solid/extensive experience in partnership development and management, business development or related field of which 2-4 years in a managerial position preferably in a:
Diverse/multi-cultural business industry.
Multi-national company.
Strategic development, global business development or similar type role.

Advanced understanding of partnership management and development methods and tools.
Good understanding of targeted countries economic, sociocultural, political and security direction and activities.
Advanced understanding of opportunity management in relation to Government-to-Government partnership agreements.
Advanced understanding of stakeholder management and requirements.
Understanding of CRM and prospecting databases preferred.
Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
Preferred to have basic fluency in the language in the assigned country.
Preferred to have basic understanding of the social and culture nuances of the assigned country.
