Purpose Of the Job:
The role will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the online Learning Experience Platform (LXP). This role ensures seamless operation, content management, user support, and effective coordination with HR teams to facilitate learning and development across different functions and entities. By maintaining the platform's functionality and optimizing the user experience, the role plays a critical role in driving engagement and the successful adoption of learning initiatives.
Major Activities:
- Manage user profiles and learning paths: Create new user accounts, assign learning paths, courses, points, and certificates, and ensure that all user-related administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Upload and update learning content: Ensure that new courses, learning materials, and resources are uploaded on time, with accurate descriptions and user access settings.
- Provide learner support: Respond to queries and troubleshoot issues raised by users, helping them navigate the platform and addressing any technical challenges.
- Coordinate with HR and content providers: Liaise with HR teams, instructors, and content creators to ensure that all materials are up-to-date and aligned with learning objectives.
- Generate and review platform usage reports: Run analytics and reports on user activity, course completion rates, and platform engagement to track usage and performance metrics.
- Conduct platform training sessions: Facilitate onboarding sessions for new users or refresher training for existing users to ensure they can effectively utilize the platform's features.
Qualification:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree with a major in business, human resource management
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development or Organizational Development roles, Training administration roles
Job-Specific Skills:
- Administration skills, Instructional designing skills, training and development skills
Language:
- English (Additional Arabic spoken language is preferred).
