Job Description

JOB TITLE

Senior Manager - Talent Management | MAF Retail | Egypt Corporate Head Office

Role Summary

The Senior Manager - Talent Management is responsible for developing and driving talent management initiatives in order to build a capable and engaged workforce, motivate and retain high potential talent and ensure a healthy pipeline of high-achieving candidates to fulfil future organizational requirements. The role holder is also responsible for collaborating with Majid Al Futtaim OpCos to implement the talent management strategy which includes performance management, top talent identification, career development, succession planning, etc., to maintain and enhance ongoing talent pipeline across all the countries.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Oversee the development and implementation of the performance management processes and framework containing best practice elements
  • Ensure guidance is provided to all the countries ensure clear understanding of performance management expectations throughout the organization
  • Oversee the development and implementation of controls to help Identify employees with high potential for growth, and propose their evolution
  • Control the development and execution of succession planning projects
  • Develop methods to help identity and recommend opportunities to promote employees
  • Lead initiatives with Human Capital Managers to oversee and make recommendations on internal moves and rotations
  • Oversee the development and updates of the competency framework to ensure employee's competencies are always in line with the business needs
  • Develop trainings and communication material for the various Talent Management and Development initiatives to ensure the Human Capital population is excited and empowered for the journey ahead
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to align projects related to related to talent management in line with the Human Capital strate & provide mentorship for the purpose of developing a continuous talent pipeline for key role

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Masters Degree in the same field is preferred
  • CIPD or SHRMS certification is a preferred
  • 8 years experience in a similar position
  • Regional exposure is a must.
  • Strong stakeholder management and Business Communications skills
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools and Interviewing skills / techniques.
