This role is crucial in ensuring the welfare of employees residing in technician facilities, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a safe and productive living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Technician Residence Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day TR operations, including accommodations, dining services, and recreational facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Staff Management:
- Lead, train, and manage TR administrative staff and service providers.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
- Prepare and manage the TR administration budget, monitoring expenses and resource allocation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate transportation for staff to and from construction sites.
- Manage supply chain logistics for TR-related materials and services.
Employee Welfare:
- Develop programs and initiatives to promote employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Address employee concerns and grievances related to camp facilities and services.
Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare regular reports on camp operations, including occupancy rates, service quality, and employee feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12-18 years of experience in camp administration or facilities management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
