Job Description
As a Senior Research Executive, you will take the lead on running market research projects, involving client liaison and project management from research design through to final debrief presentations.
Responsibilities
* Managing qualitative and quantitative market
research projects, coordinating the project team etc.
* Taking ownership of the development of research
materials, including e.g. Discussion guides,
questionnaires etc. Moderating interviews, group discussions etc.
* Leading the analysis processes and delivering
insightful presentations with clear strategic
implications.
* Developing and contributing to project proposals to
meet clients objectives.
* Maintaining, developing, and expanding long-term
client partnerships.
+ Mentoring junior team members as well as training
and developing junior staff on research skills etc.
* Contributing to innovation within client projects and to
thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
* BA in pharmacy, Dentistry, Medicine /or relevant
experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare
sector
* At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare-focused
role in a market research agency or consultancy
* Proficiency with qualitative and quantitative research
methods.
* Understanding of the strategic marketing and market
research challenges across the healthcare product
lifecycle.
* Ability to tell a story from the data is essential
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in
English.
* High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office,
especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
