Job Description

Job Description: As a Marketing Specialist at Talaat Moustafa Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing landscape for our prestigious cities. You will collaborate closely with various teams to execute impactful campaigns and initiatives that elevate our brand and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with media vendors and advertising agencies to secure optimal rates for advertising placements and streamline promotional activities.
  • On-Ground Execution: Take the lead in executing marketing plans by coordinating and managing on-the-ground events, activations, and promotions, ensuring seamless implementation aligned with our brand vision.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Craft compelling presentations for brands and projects, leveraging data analysis and metrics to deliver valuable insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the design team to ensure all marketing materials are visually captivating and adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all channels.
  • Multichannel Campaign Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and advertising, to drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats, informing strategic decision-making and maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Strategic Planning: Support the development of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, fostering engagement, and driving lead generation, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the organization.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Experience delivering impactful presentations.
  • Fluent in English with strong writing and editing capabilities.
