The Senior Marketing Executive conducts thorough market analysis and research to understand customer behavior and market trends. They use this information to create integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer growth, and improve the brand's positioning, leading to revenue growth. Additionally, they develop communication strategies and strategic plans for MP's clients, while maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. They are responsible for ensuring all deliverables are achieved accurately and on time, and for building and maintaining strong relationships between MP and its clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish a strategic vision for designated projects and brands in order to meet clients long-term and short-term communication goals.
- Take charge of implementing tactical strategies for client initiatives.
- Create and present compelling proposals for clients and collaborative projects.
- Lead strategic planning efforts by conducting research to identify opportunities and angles for each client or project.
- Develop comprehensive integrated marketing communication plans based on client objectives and extensive research.
- Drive account growth through new initiatives and identifying areas for expansion, facilitating cross-selling of products and services.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to ensure effective planning, service delivery, and strong client relationships.
- Oversee daily client communications and operations for seamless execution.
- Lead retail clients through the entire process from briefing to execution and implementation.
- Keep management informed on client issues, plans, and meetings, involving them as needed.
- Ensure timely development and implementation of plans, campaigns, and projects to achieve financial goals.
- Participate in strategic planning, major briefs, and problem-solving sessions with clients.
- Provide client consultation through market research and analysis to address specific needs and challenges.
- Proactively anticipate and address potential problems with solutions.
- Manage marketing and retail projects from start to finish, including setting strategy, communication plans, leading execution teams, and ensuring project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Clearly communicate objectives and deliverables to internal teams and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field
- 3+ work experience in client management
- Experience within the Fashion, luxury, lifestyle sector is preferable
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English
