Position Overview:

The role requires a passionate marketeer, creative thinker and strong team player to work closely with the Sales, Production & Global Marketing teams to achieve the marketing results that deliver the business objectives.

This dynamic role offers the opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels. You will plan and implement SEO, social media, email marketing and website management. You will be responsible for identifying and managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, and analyzing data to drive online sales.

Additionally, this role requires comprehensive Sales support through initiatives such as managing trade show participation, showroom operations, creating high-quality catalogues and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Online Marketing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business objectives, using both digital and traditional marketing.
  • Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and execute engaging social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring a seamless user experience and consistent brand messaging.
  • Oversee all online communications, including content creation, email marketing automation, and social media management tools.
  • Create and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and present insights to stakeholders to optimize strategies.
  • Develop an eCommerce strategy and Oversee execution.

Offline Marketing:

  • Organize and manage participation in trade shows and industry exhibitions to showcase products and generate leads.
  • Oversee showroom operations, including product displays, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Manage building facade and ensure a consistent and professional brand image.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop new product launches and marketing materials.
  • Create and maintain high-quality marketing assets, such as brochures, catalogues, presentations, and other sales collateral.
  • Manage all printed materials, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies for offline promotions and events.

Experience

  • 3-to-5-year work experience in a similar role, ideally in the workwear, PPE industry
  • Skilled in digital marketing tools, MS Office, data analysis and reporting
  • Self-driven, with a focus on obtaining results.
  • Good communication and leadership skills to work across the organization to achieve objectives
