, Job Description
- Supporting the Head of Marketing in managing a team of marketeers, including overseeing, and providing guidance on their campaigns and ensuring they all work towards the same KPIs.
- Be hands-on responsible for 2 to 5 sectors of training seminars. This would mean being in-charge of the campaigns from start to finish.
- Defining the overall marketing strategy: Planning, budgeting, and implementing effective event marketing campaigns including HTML emails, market and data segmentations on CRM, website.
- Ensuring content and campaign plans and activities are fully integrated.
- Supporting and handling ad-hoc large-scale projects for the training division
- Ensuring related websites are fully up to date with the latest content and key messaging is displayed throughout.
- Identifying data acquisition strategies to grow the existing databases across different sectors.
- Setting up and management of media deals with external organisations to ensure maximum exposure at lowest cost to marketing budget.
- Working closely with the telesales function within the business to drive delegate revenue.
- Manage budgets.
- Working closely with digital team on strategy, budgets and implementation of paid digital campaigns (PPC, SEO, paid social ads, affiliates etc).
- Regularly reviewing campaign analysis to ensure that the target ROI, response rate and CPA are achieved, and provide suggestions for testing and improvement of marketing activities in the future.
- Maintaining the schedule to ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Liaising with Inhouse and Key Accounts for any marketing support required
- Ensuring all training courses are cross promoted at the conferences through combined collateral and presence.
, Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering campaigns and working in a training environment for 4-5years.
- Reliable, creative, open-minded and able to work under pressure and be able to multitask several projects and complete projects fast and efficiently within tight deadlines.
- A hands-on position which entails management of the team and managing your own portfolios simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
- Formal marketing qualification or certificate, and/or degree level education or equivalent.
- High level of copywriting skill with an eye for content marketing.
- Must be goal oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure - often while juggling several projects at once and under budget constraints.
- Communicate effectively with all technical partners, key stake holders and marketing teammates.
- Possess experience managing customer and client relationships at the highest professional level.
- Adaptable to change and a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys a challenge and finding solutions for problems.
- Positive in outlook and approach.
- A drive to improve and do things better.
- A willingness to do a variety of related job duties.
