Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Marketing Media Buyer - Real Estate located in Qesm El Moqatam.

As a Senior Marketing Media Buyer, you will be responsible for managing and executing media buying strategies for our real estate clients.

Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, negotiating with media vendors, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing media buying strategies to maximize ROI.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing media buying, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of digital and traditional media channels
• Experience with media planning tools and ad-serving platforms
• Proven track record of successfully executing media campaigns and achieving KPIs
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Certifications in media buying or digital marketing are a plus
