Job purpose:
Planning the marketing policy according to the approved strategy by the senior management, for all retail products, and small and medium enterprises, as well as advertising campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events that the bank participates in for the purpose of marketing the bank Products and following up with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing the banks Retail and SME annual marketing plan as part of the banks overall strategy.
- Planning, executing and following up on the execution of the different retail and SME marketing campaign and marketing activities (including different channels, platforms, visuals, materials)
- Making sure that all retail marketing activities approval are acquired and are in adherence with the banks regulation as well as the CBEs regulation in the same regard.
- Following up on each campaign performance and performing post campaign analysis for best practices and learnings from each practice.
- Planning and executing different on ground activations related to each retail and SME marketing product/ business line.
- Performing regular updates on the banks website which include all content and visuals related to RETAIL and SME marketing products and services.
Qualifications
- University degree graduate in related field
- From 4 to 8 years of experience in marking and advertising
- Fluent English
- Professional experience in using different Microsoft tools.
- Preferably to have a certified course or diploma in Marketing Communication
