As a Senior marketing specialist, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives, collaborating closely with the sales team to drive brand visibility and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include:
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all platforms.
- Digital Presence: Oversee social media channels and website management, ensuring engaging and relevant content.
- Creative Assets: Develop product labels, branding materials, and data sheets to support product promotion.
- Agency & Vendor Collaboration: Manage relationships with advertising agencies and external vendors to achieve marketing goals.
- Procurement Oversight: Handle department-related procurement, including gift items, stationery, and media materials.
- Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct market analysis, research, and business intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and manage events that elevate brand presence and customer interaction.
- Content Strategy: Lead content creation, management, copywriting, and proofreading to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Trademark Management: Oversee trademark registration and compliance.
- Campaign Coordination: Plan and implement marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
Graphic design skills are an asset, enabling you to support the team with visual content development.
Qualifications And Skills
Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a successful record in managing campaigns and driving brand growth.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Digital Marketing, Brand Management) is a plus.
