Your Responsibilities:
- Drive product design and development using 3D CAD and simulation tools.
- Execute design verifications, process improvements, and tooling evaluations.
- Collaborate closely on project scheduling and design phases to exceed client expectations.
- Handle technical documentation: DCN, SOPs, user manuals, part and pneumatics drawings.
- Translate customer requirements into technical specifications to deliver optimized solutions.
What You Bring:
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics (second upper class or above preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years in mechanical design, with expertise in materials, fabrication, and semiconductor equipment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SolidWorks, and knowledge of machine design, test integration, or industrial robotics is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management abilities, and experience in semiconductor processes and IR technology.
- A positive, adaptable mindset with the drive to learn and tackle new challenges.
