Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements.

Monitoring and Controlling projects schedule
Preparing defect list (snags) and rectification of defect
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
Responding to breakdowns; and Diagnosing faults.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
Supervising technical staff
Experience of working internationally (preference for Middle East / KSA).
