JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of mechanical systems across a variety of projects. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that all mechanical aspects of our projects meet both performance criteria and industry standards. Responsibilities:
- Manages and is responsible for the Mechanical Design Discipline
- Oversees the implementation and management of value engineering processes
- Lead the oversight of the overall design and engineering activities on all F&E projects
- Responsible for design delivery for all design stages (30%, 60%, 90%) for projects designed in-house including specifications, in accordance with approved design guidelines and standards.
- Manages the design-based activities for outsourced design packages, including design reviews and technical approvals as required whilst ensuring adherence to regulations and design guidelines
- Ensure that engineering and design learnings are shared and implemented across all projects
- Provide a technical assurance role for all internal and outsourced design deliverables.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
