Job Description
- Prepare detailed and accurate mechanical cost estimates for various construction projects.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure project cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor project costs, identify potential overruns, and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, materials prices, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present detailed cost reports and analyses to senior management.

Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical estimation within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and construction methods.
- Proficient in estimation software and tools.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
