Atechnicalofficeengineer(Mechanical)isresponsibleforplanning,designing,andoverseeing the
installation and maintenance of mechanical, Mechanical, and plumbing (Mechanical) systems in buildings and facilities. They work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure that the MECHANICAL systems meet the project requirements, standards, and codes.
Prepareand reviewMechanicaldrawings,specifications,calculations,and reports.
Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, contractors,andclients,onMechanicaldesignandinstallationissues.
MonitorandsupervisetheMechanicalworksonsite,ensuringcompliancewiththeproject schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
Conduct site inspectionsand testing of Mechanicalsystems, identifying and resolving any defects orproblems.
Prepareand maintain Mechanical documentation, suchas shop drawings, as-builtdrawings, manuals, and certificates.
Researchandevaluatenewtechnologies,products, andmaterialsforMechanicalsystems.
ProvidetechnicalsupportandtroubleshootingforMechanicalsystems.
Bachelor'sdegreeinmechanical,Mechanicalor arelated field.
Minimumof5-7yearsofexperienceinMechanicaldesignandinstallationforbuildingprojects.
ProficientinMechanicalsoftware,suchasAutoCAD,Revit,and BIM.
KnowledgeofMechanical codes,standards,andbestpractices.
Stronganalytical,problem-solving,anddecision-makingskills.
Excellentcommunication,coordination,andteamworkskills.
Attentiontodetail,accuracy,andquality.
Abilitytoworkunderpressureandmeetdeadlines.
