Senior Mechanical Technician

Main responsibilities

• Led all team attendance tasks and activities
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team by setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and management, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Prepare and present regular reports daily weekly, and monthly on team performance, project status, safety, and other relevant metrics to management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate with the Logistic team to request parts and consumables
• Coordinate with the local military maintenance manager for support
• Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electronic or mechanical.
• 3-5 Years of experience as a team leader field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
