SENIOR MOTION DESIGNER

We are looking for an Superstar Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing team of creatives in the Riyadh studio, who can elevate the level of craft across every project you work on. The purpose of this role is to concept and collaborate with creative teams, including Creative Directors, Copywriters and Strategists to deliver famous, effective and award worthy motion experiences for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all motion work is completed to the highest standard
• Create renderings, graphics, animations and storyboards that are in line with client projects and remain true to brand
• Presenting concepts and creative ideas to internal teams and clients
• Supporting the wider team on new business pitches and proposals
• Work collaboratively with a talented cross-disciplinary team of creatives, strategists, writers, project management account teams
• Mentor junior member of the team
• Stay up to date on current software and design trends to ensure the work incorporates best practice

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• A portfolio of outstanding motion graphics work, a unique creative vision and point of view on how to push boundaries of creativity
• Superpowers in Cinema 4D, as well as strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
• Experience of delivering impactful profile motion projects either agency our in-house
• Confident in your creative thinking and can challenge briefs and the status quo
• Ability to interact with co-workers effectively and appropriately at a variety of levels, across many disciplines
• Ability to interpret feedback, whether from Creative Directors, producers or clients, and make changes to creative work in response to this feedback
• Able to offer constructive insights, options and ideas to keep projects moving forwards
