What You'll Do:
- Drive technology design, implementation, execution and/or optimization for customer projects/accounts.
- Work with customers to plan, design, configure and/or diagnose the client's suite of products, services and solutions to accelerate customer outcomes
- Assist customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems and service assurance
- Support presale activities and translate business requirements into solution design
- Build customer simulations in test labs to resolve/validate complex problems and compatibility issues
- Create and deliver customer collateral, portals, documentation and knowledge transfer
- Align technical deliverables to customer business outcomes
- Drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services
- Comply with and supports company policies and process and utilize relevant tools to effectively execute the role and support Professional Services strategies and goals
- Collaborate with other Engineers in appropriate technology domains to ensure optimal use of resources to meet customer needs
- Interact with individual contributors, managers, and customers regularly
- Provide input to Sales team in creating and demonstrating technology solutions to customers
- Engage with sales teams on pre-sales activities
The skills and experience that will help you succeed:
- Computer Science degree or equivalent. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
- CCIE Service Provider a must
- 10+ years on Service Provider roles, Engineering, core MPLS and all VPN flavors.
- Experience in Clocking and Sync E etc
- SDH Transport over IP Based Networks a must.
- TDM Network and concepts experience preferred.
- Segment Routing experience required.
- IP v4/6, PPP termination and IP sessions required.
- Experience in managing daily operations issues.
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in Data center basic logical set-ups
- Firewalls /virtualization etc a plus
- Arabic is a huge plus
N.B: client requires travel of one week every three months if needed to Kuwait.
