Developing and evaluating our annual performance evaluations, our performance improvement plans, and our probationary performance evaluations, reporting, and feedback,Developing and updating job descriptions through job analysis on projects.Delivering effective induction programs to familiarize employees with the company's culture, benefits, and policiesIdentifying training and development needs and creating the TNA through appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with unit managersImplementing, analyzing, reporting, and setting action plans of employee satisfaction survey resultsCreating organizational charts and head count reports on a monthly basisDeveloping HR documents, including evaluation forms and experience lettersSupporting and collaborating on the development of specific initiatives to drive employee engagement, organizational change, and organizational effectiveness programs
QualificationBachelor's degree in human resources or a related field2 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist and 3 years of specific experience in the organizational development fieldProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power PointExcellent command of English
