MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To drive revenue growth through the acquisition and retention of cargo customers, by adopting strategic, customer-centric approach to identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the development and execution of sales strategies for the UAE market, to achieve revenue and market share objectives for flydubai Cargo.
- Prepares sales tariffs for all flydubai Cargo products and services, ensuring rates are based on a solid, well-developed business case without an impact on the bottom-line arising from the proposed rates and decisions taken.
- Provides exceptional customer service by understanding, and addressing customer needs, meeting their expectations with the high standards set by flydubai.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing and potential customers, focusing on growing business relationships to benefit flydubai.
- Assists in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, insights, customer analysis, market analysis to identify trends and market behaviors.
- Participates in the negotiation of contracts and pricing with clients to generate sales and maximize profitability.
- Represents flydubai Cargo at industry events and conferences, actively networking to build relationships and generate leads and opportunities.
- Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to align and achieve common objectives and goals to support flydubai Cargo.
- Monitors credit control in line with credit limit set by the flydubai Cargo/flydubai finance processes and procedures to ensure consistent cashflow.
- Utilizes a data-driven approach to achieve sales targets, expanding market share and enhancing the company's reputation within the cargo industry.
