Founded with a vision to redefine mobility, Zed is the UAE's first home-grown, fully personalized ride-hailing app, built to offer customized travel options for every rider. Launched in December 2022, Zed is a tech-driven platform that lets riders control their experiencewhether through ambient lighting, music selection, or setting preferences for driver interaction. Created with an understanding of local needs, Zed aims to make travel a seamless extension of each rider's personal style and comfort, making each journey unique.
In 2024, Zed introduced T axi , a personalized taxi service that brings together the ease of taxi hailing with Zed's customer-focused approach. Riders can set preferences like AC temperature and whether they prefer a quiet or chatty driver, offering a more tailored experience for on-demand rides. With a fleet of 8 ,000 vehicles and nearly 15 ,000 dedicated Zeddies, Zed's drivers are committed to reliability, safety, and connection, ensuring every trip is comfortable and memorable.
